Dallas, TX (RestaurantNews.com) MOOYAH Burgers, Fries & Shakes, the fast-casual “better burger” franchise, is continuing its West Coast expansion and opening its second Southern California restaurant in Monrovia, CA. The restaurant, which opens May 23, 2016, marks the first for the international brand in the Greater Los Angeles area and will open at 116 West Foothill Blvd. in the Foothill Park Plaza.
