Westar Associates Announces Three New Restaurant Tenants Coming Soon to Hollister Village Plaza

Goleta, CA (July 7, 2026) –Hollister Village Plaza, developed and managed by Westar Associates, is pleased to announce the addition of three popular restaurant concepts—El Pollo Loco, Urbane Cafe, and Raising Cane’s—further enhancing the center’s dining offerings and strengthening its position as a leading neighborhood shopping destination in Goleta.

The three restaurants will occupy adjacent suites within the center, creating a new dining hub for residents, students, employees, and visitors.

• El Pollo Loco will occupy Suite F1, formerly home to Sleep Number.
• Urbane Cafe will occupy Suite F2, formerly occupied by Choppa Poke.
• Raising Cane’s will occupy Suite F3, formerly home to Kyle’s Kitchen.

Raising Cane’s has built a loyal following through its premium chicken finger meals, made-to-order offerings, and signature Cane’s Sauce®.

The new tenants complement Hollister Village Plaza’s existing mix of retailers, restaurants, and service providers, further expanding the center’s appeal as a convenient destination for everyday shopping and dining. Construction and tenant improvements are currently underway. Opening dates will be announced as they become available.
