Goleta, California (February 9, 2021) – Westar Associates, a real estate development company, is excited to announce that the Hollister Village mixed-use project, located in Goleta, California, is complete. The final phase offers twenty-seven additional apartment units that are now open to rent for immediate occupancy.

The new two-story building, located on the Eastern side of the property, includes 13 studios and 14 one-bedrooms ranging between 545 and 685 square feet.
