LADERA RANCH, CA – Pokeworks will celebrate the grand opening of its new Ladera Ranch store with a ribbon cutting and food specials on Saturday, Jan. 8.

The restaurant is best known for serving bowls, burritos and salads with fish hand-cut daily, more than 30 fresh mix-ins and signature sauces.

Pokeworks, which soft-opened in December, will host the Ladera Ranch Chamber of Commerce at 11 a.m. Saturday, Jan. 8 for a ribbon cutting ceremony followed by the opening festivities. Walk-in customers will be able to take advantage of a buy-one-get-one-free offer on all poke bowls throughout the day as well as other deals.

After opening day, regular prices range from $13.95 for a regular bowl (4-5 ounces of sashimi-grade fish) to $15.95 for large (6-7 ounces). A new keto bowl has been introduced for this month with cauliflower rice and serrano aioli.

The Ladera Ranch site is the second Pokeworks location for Keith Divel, who has owned and operated the Laguna Niguel store since March 3, 2020.

“We are thrilled to expand our business in South Orange County to the wonderful community of Ladera Ranch,” Divel said in an announcement about the new location. “We are looking forward to continuing our tradition of serving up delectable food that is fast, healthy and tailored to each customer.”
