Newport Beach, CA (3/2/2023) – Westar Associates, which manages and leases the Ladera Ranch retail centers, is excited to announce that so far nine new businesses are on track to open their doors in 2023.

Some of the more notable openings include: Ten Mile Brewing Company, a family owned and operated business offering hand crafted beer using only the finest and freshest ingredients in their brewing process; The Counter: Burger Restaurant, a contemporary burger restaurant with customizable gourmet burgers, including vegetarian, plus beer and wine; Crumbl Cookies, offering fresh and gourmet desserts ready for pickup, takeout and delivery; and Gamestop, the world’s largest retail gaming and trade-in destination for Xbox, PlayStation, and Nintendo games, systems, consoles & accessories. Other businesses include Churned Creamery, Posh Paws Pet Spa, Hotworx, Amazing Lash Studio and Japanese Lemon and Life.
